The author of this website is a founding member and officer of the Flight 800 Independent Researchers Organization (FIRO) which maintains a website at http://flight800.org FIRO takes no position on 'who' caused the downing of TWA 800 - it seeks to gather and publicize information on 'what' caused the downing. Members of FIRO however conduct private research on possible answers to the 'who' question and maintain independent websites on this aspect of their work. ARAP members include: 1) Admiral Thomas H. Moorer USN (Ret. Deceased) - Former Chairman, Joint Chiefs of staff. During World War II Admiral Moorer received the Silver Star for "extremely gallant and intrepid conduct” during an attack by Japanese aircraft. He also received the Purple Heart. In 1957, President Eisenhower approved his selection to the rank of Rear Admiral. During the 1960’s, Admiral Moorer commanded the Navy’s Seventh Fleet, for which he received the Distinguished Service Medal. He later served as Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet, NATO’s Allied Command, Atlantic, and the U.S. Atlantic Fleet. He is the only Naval officer ever to have commanded both the Pacific and Atlantic Fleets. In 1967 President Johnson awarded Admiral Moorer the Gold Star. In the same year, President Johnson named Admiral Moorer Chief of Naval Operations. In 1970 President Nixon appointed Admiral Moorer as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He served two terms at this post. After retirement in 1974, Admiral Moorer remained active in policy matters as a fellow with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. 2) R. Admiral Mark Hill USN (Ret.) - Submarine officer in the Pacific during World War II and then naval aviator where his command included the aircraft carrier Independence during the Viet Nam conflict. He also served as Asst. Chief of Naval Operations for Manpower and has testified extensively before Congress. He is the Chairman of U.S. Defense - American Victory, Washington, D.C., 3) Brig Gen. Ben Partin, USAF, (Ret.) - Designer of Continuous-rod warhead for the BOMARC missile. 4) Cmdr. William S. Donaldson USN (Ret. Deceased) - Former Officer in Charge of Carrier Battlegroup's Air Traffic Control Center, pilot and military accident investigator. Cmdr. Donaldson wrote a Report to the Subcommittee on Aviation on the Crash of TWA Flight 800 to which the author of this website contributed a section on the eyewitness reports and a statistical analysis of eyewitness credibility. 5) Captain Howard Mann, Retired TWA captain and accident investigator. Captain Mann's analysis of the Flight Data Recorder may be found on this website. 6) Major Fred Meyer - Decorated Vietnam pilot and Air National Guard pilot who witnessed TWA 800 shot down from his helicopter and was one of the first pilots to overfly the burning wreckage. Prior to the downing of TWA 800 the author observed a missile launched close to I95 in Connecticut. The incident was reported to the FBI, the NTSB, the FAA, the NY Times, Boeing, and TWA shortly after the TWA 800 downing. The peculiar lack of interest which was shown in the author's report by both the FBI and the American news media, sparked the author's curiosity to investigate the TWA 800 incident further. The results of this investigation are the subject of this web site. While investigating the TWA 800 incident it became increasingly clear that this terrorist act was linked to the Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia and to other bombing incidents which took place in the United States. These linkages are also explored in this website. The United States suffered a second 'Pearl Harbor' on September 11, 2001. This website covers the linkages of the bin Laden organization from the Khobar Towers bombing, the first World Trade Center bombing, the missile attacks on aircraft departing JFK, Newark and LaGuardia which resulted in the downing of TWA 800, and the spread of the bin Laden organization throughout the free world and within the United States particularly in Florida and New York.

Summary of Findings
on TWA 800 Downing

This document presents the author's opinion as to the
explanation for the evidence uncovered to date. Dismissed is the proposal
that a low voltage spark ignited the center wing tank fuel by the facts that:
1) the CWT of this aircraft survived a lighting strike which passed
through the same tank, 2) a video showing that a lighted match is extinguished
by dipping it into TWA 800's fuel, 3)
the NTSB's release of 755 eyewitness
accounts of the crash of TWA 800 which reveals why the CIA has had such
difficulty in attempting to explain away their observations with a noseless
aircraft climbing several thousand feet.
Introduction

Prior to the downing of TWA 800 the author of this web site observed
a missile launched close to I95 in Connecticut. The author's observation
was reported to the FBI, the NTSB, the FAA, the NY Times, Boeing, and TWA
shortly after the TWA 800 downing (see Correspondence with FBI below). This
observation, and the peculiar lack of interest which was shown in it by both
the FBI and the American news media, sparked the author's curiosity to
investigate the TWA 800 incident further. The results of this investigation
are the subject of this web site. Most of these organizations have
appeared frequently in the visitor logs of this website. The website has
also been visited on numerous occasions by the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Army and
NASA.

This section contains major new analyses of the eyewitness reports that have
been prepared by Bob Donaldson with views displayed on Google Earth. Links are
provided in this article to all of this dramatic new research material.
This article contains a compilation of eyewitness accounts, eyewitness diagrams, and Google
Earth simulations of eyewitness perspectives constructed from published newspaper accounts,
photographs of the missile entry points, and reports appearing on other internet
sites. This document was provided to Cmdr. Donaldson for inclusion in his
"Report to the Subcommittee on Aviation" (see
below). Also presented here are statistical probability calculations proving
that the missile events the eyewitnesses said they saw, did occur to
a near mathematical certainty. Audio files are provided in this document from eyewitnesses Goss and Dougherty.
Hear them both describe how one of the missiles made a sharp turn.
A video of the events as seen by witnesses Angelides and Gipe is available
here. The eyewitness testimony has also been used to triangulate the
launch points of two missiles and is consistent with the radar evidence.
We have access to 107 witnesses on 4 aircraft, 19 boats, and 31 locations
ashore. They were located in a 360° circle around the missile
engagement.

The
NTSB says that 755 eyewitnesses are not to be believed. The

Witness Summaries have been obtained and were added to this document.
The witnesses explain 1) the damage to the nose wheel , 2) the damage to the
left wing, 3) why a beam from the aircraft was found lodged in the cockpit. Read
how witness 649 completely refutes the CIA explanation for the crash. Animations
of eyewitness drawings provided to the FBI are presented. The Center Wing Tank
exploded at approximately 8,000 feet about 24 seconds after the aircraft was
decapitated at approximately 13,000 feet.

Major Meyer was an eyewitness to the downing of TWA 800 from his
helicopter and moments later flew over the scene. This is a partial transcript
of a presentation that Major Meyer and Cdr. Donaldson made to the Granada
Forum. Meyer and his co-pilot, Chris Baur, saw two
missiles involved in the destruction of TWA 800 both of which exploded. Meyer
believes that the first missile to explode was the one which traveled
from his right to his left. This missile was fired from just off-shore.

Probability calculations prove
to a certainty that the 755 eyewitnesses to the TWA 800 downing were correct
in their observations that one or more missiles brought down the
aircraft.
The Tale of The
Tapes

Prior to the downing of TWA 800 in July 1996 a missile
was fired at aircraft in the vicinity of Long Island in November 1995.
Subsequent to the downing of TWA 800 a missile was fired at aircraft
off Long Island in November 1996 in a carbon copy incident of the TWA
800 incident; TWA 884 (New York to Tel Aviv) was diverted around the
problem area. Three weeks prior to TWA 800's destruction, TWA 884 had another
near miss. The FBI suggested that the November 1996 event was a meteor
observation despite the fact that the object climbed out of Long Island Sound
and passed through the witnessing aircraft's altitude. In March 1997 at least
three aircraft departing out of Newark and LaGuardia observed a missile.
The government claimed that the pilots in this incident had witnessed a missile
test off the coast of Florida, which begs the question of why the launch
was seen by pilots only in the NY metropolitan area. Two probable missile
incidents in NY airspace with Swissair flights preceded the crash of Swissair
111 on the tenth anniversary of the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103. The
FAA suggested a "balloon"
as the explanation for one incident - an explanation emphatically denied
by the pilot. I
have gathered the transcripts and audio files of the FAA controller tapes
for these incidents obtained by Freedom of Information Act filings. You may
hear and read what the pilots said in their own words. All of the audio files
have been edited to remove the periods of silence between conversations and
they have been edited to include only comments that are relevant to the
incidents. Accordingly, the time sequence between conversations is compressed.
The fact that missiles were fired repeatedly in NY metropolitan airspace
is key circumstantial evidence that the downing of TWA 800 was not a "friendly
fire" incident. (See also

Documented reports of missiles encountered by airliners in primarily U.S.
airspace both prior to and following the downing
of TWA Flight 800. Again two events are of particular interest, occurring
one year apart on November 17, 1995 and November 16, 1996 and straddling
the downing of TWA 800. Lufthansa Cargo stopped flying to Pakistan because
of a missile event in September 1999. Lufthansa was also involved with one
of the earliest missile incidents in the NY metropolitan area in November
1995. Swissair had two encounters with objects in the NY metropolitan area
in 1997 and 1998 which preceded the loss of Swissair 111 on the tenth anniversary
in the Islamic calendar of the bombing of PA 103. Numerous reports of possible
missile sightings within months and days of the TWA 800 downing.
The Washington Times reports that 'rockets'
were fired at 2 aircraft in the vicinity of Ronald Reagan airport on
January 20, 2002 and February 20, 2002 in what is a rerun of events preceding
the crash of TWA 800 (See also

that TWA 800 returned to JFK the night before the crash (July 16, 1996) on
the same evening that a Long Island resident reported possible missile firings

The United Kingdom has permitted terrorists to establish major funding
operations in London and those operations are linked to Islamic Jihad, and TWA
Flight 800. In September 1998 the British government began to arrest them. The
problem continues to worsen as events in London in July 2005 have shown.

In the Mike Jarmus program Cmdr. Donaldson discusses information
from military contacts regarding Stinger missile computer studies.
Donaldson followed in the footprints of the FBI missile team. He
made contact with the military authorities the FBI were working with and
he found that they knew what had happened to the airplane almost from the
very beginning. Parts of one of the missiles fired at TWA 800 entered
the wing root of the left wing, penetrated the #2 main tank and caused an
explosion in the tank. This file also contains an historical record
of the development of Cdr. Donaldson's technical analyses of the Flight 800
downing prior to the writing of the July 17, 1998 report for the Committee
on Transportation & Infrastructure - Subcommittee on Aviation - U.S.
House of Representatives. Here you can trace the development of ideas, some
of which have now been superceded by later evidence, on the cause of this
incident and you can read the background behind the discovery of the evidence
from the flight data recorders that a missile exploded off the left wing
of the aircraft. Included in this file are letters Cdr. Donaldson wrote to
the NTSB as his investigation was proceeding and while he was in the process
of trying to determine the technical facts. Also in this file one will find
a letter from Admiral Thomas Moorer (former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs

From the debris field plot, the wing skin fragmentation,
the fuel quantities in the individual tanks, the 105 millisecond sound on
the cockpit voice recorder, the seat residue analyses, the NTSB-deleted 12-second
line on the flight data recorder, the triangulation of the eyewitnesses's
reports, the photographic evidence, the Calverton reconstruction, and
the findings of nitrates on CW504 (the first significant aircraft part to
land in the Debris Field) and on CW114 indicating the presence of explosives,
the technical evidence shows that TWA 800 was destroyed
by two air bursting anti-aircraft missiles. The NTSB is searching for a phantom
spark that ignited the Center Wing Tank yet fails to acknowledge that this
same aircraft was struck by lightning on Good Friday, 1995 on approach to
Rome airport. The right wing suffered significant metal damage requiring
about 25 square feet of right wing tip skin to be replaced. The lightning
traversed the #4 reserve tank, the #4 main tank, the #3 main tank and the
Center Wing Tank. Lightning represents a multi-thousand fold stronger
ignition spark than that which can be generated by any electrical source
of aircraft power. Yet you are asked to believe that this aircraft
was downed by a spark yet to be discovered, while a bolt of lightning passing
through four fuel tanks including the Center Wing Tank could not achieve
the same result.

Dublin to Oklahoma City

The full story is yet to be told. Terrorist
organizations based in Ireland were involved in the bombing of the Murrah
building in Oklahoma City and the bombing of two embassies in Africa. Witnesses
to the identity of John Doe 2, like the witnesses to TWA 800, are prevented
from testifying about what they observed. The Philippines is
the basis of an interesting link between Ramsey Yousef and the bombing
of the World Trade Center, Terry Nichols and the bombing of the Murrah
Building, and the downing of TWA Flight 800. An associate of Ramsey Yousef,
Edwin Angeles, had been arrested in the Philippines where he was contacted
by McVeigh's attorney, Stephen Jones. Angeles linked Nichols to Yousef in
a meeting on the island of Mindanao. In his book 'Others Unknown', Jones
describes that at a meeting in Davao, Angeles met an American who introduced
himself as 'the farmer'. Among those present at the meeting were Ramsey Yousef,
Abdul Hakim Murad, and Wali Khan Amin Shah. The meeting was to discuss terrorism
and Murad, Khan and Yousef would later be defendants in the plot to blow
up twelve U.S. airliners. All were convicted on September 5, 1996 and are
in American prisons. On April 19, 1995, Murad told his guard in his
New York cell that the Oklahoma city bombing was the work of Islamic Jihad
while McVeigh attempted to deflect suspicion away from his sponsor.. The
identity of John Doe #2 is reported to be Hussain Al-Hussaini, a former member
of the Iraqi Republican Guard. Several of the September 11, 2001 hijackers
attempted to book rooms at the motel in OKC were McVeigh stayed prior to
the bombing. Evidence suggesting
that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed a top al-Qaida lieutenant whom federal
authorities believe may have masterminded the Sept. 11 attacks trained
Nichols for the OKC bombing in the Philippines. Mohammed "was not only
involved in the Sept. 11 attacks, he was involved in the 1993 World Trade
Center attack" as well, Johnston charged. "He was in the Philippines at the
same time as Terry Nichols, by the way, in the last trip that he made down
there before the Murrah building bombing." U.S. officials believe Mohammed
was also in charge of transferring the funds used by the Sept. 11 hijackers.
"There's lots of links that tie him to 9-11," one government official told
AP June 5. "He was intricately involved." Mohammed is also believed
to be an accomplice of Ramzi Yousef, who is currently serving a life sentence
in the U.S. for his alleged role in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
Upon his arrest, Yousef was found in possession of plans to blow up
a dozen U.S. airliners. Prosecutors also believe he had planned to crash
a plane into the Pentagon.

A highly speculative article which hints that
numerous terrorist incidents related to and including the downing of TWA
800 fall on anniversary dates in the Gregorian, Hijri, and Jewish calendars.
For example the crash of a Swissair jet on September 2, 1998 occurred on
the tenth anniversary in the Islamic Calendar of the downing of PA 103, and
the bombing of the embassies in Africa occurred on the anniversary of the
arrival of U.S. forces in Saudi Arabia.

Challenge to the NTSB

We have arrived at the fourth anniversary of the crash of TWA flight
800 without any of the 755 eyewitnesses to this event having been invited
by the NTSB to tell their stories in a public hearing. The official version,
presented in a CIA video, depicts a center wing tank explosion by a spark
from an unknown source that caused the front section of the aircraft forward
of the wings to separate. The noseless aircraft then climbed for several
thousands of feet trailing flame interpreted by eyewitnesses as a 'streak'
in the sky. With the recently released eyewitness transcripts from
the FBI and the NTSB, the NTSB is challenged to explain in its final meeting
on this incident, scheduled to be held this August, the numerous discrepancies
between the eyewitness accounts and its official version of these events.

report by Glen Schulze constitutes hard evidence consistent
with the fact that the FBI/NTSB are knowingly withholding from the public
over 3.000 flight parameter data bits from the end of FL 800. These 3,000
data bits from the last 4 seconds recorded on the FDR tape may well answer
the question of what occurred during those last 4 seconds to cause the
disintegration of TWA Flight 800.

There are two articles in this section. In the first, retired TWA
pilot Howard Mann examines the Flight
Data Recorder and finds evidence of a pressure wave
that could only indicate the plane had been affected by a missile which blew
up just outside the plane. The key record occurs on what is known as the
"12 second line" (recorded at 12 seconds past 8:31 p.m.) and shows an aircraft
in extreme trouble. The NTSB claims that this line is from an earlier flight
of this aircraft (Flight 803). In the second article, an analysis of the
FDR by Richard Hirsch leads to the conclusion that the NTSB doesn't want
to publish the complete record of the last data from TWA Flight 800 where
the Flight number (800 or 803) is recorded.

of Islip Primary Radar for TWA Flight 800

Proof that the CIA video which dismissed the eyewitness testimony
is incorrect. This document is based on a copy of the Debris Field
TAGS database that was leaked by an individual within the investigation who
was concerned that information was being altered to fit the NTSB's mechanical
failure theory. Based on the factual radar evidence that shows what could
be a missile body or fragments transiting the aircraft at high velocity from
the starboard side, the eyewitnesses have a right to give their testimony
to a congressional hearing. The investigating agencies into the tragedy
of TWA Flight 800 (F800) have alleged that the aircraft climbed steeply,
following the loss of its front section. However, the only tangible evidence
available to the agencies contradicts this claim.
RADAR
data indicates that the aircraft descended after losing
its forward section, as evidenced by a substantial increase in ground speed.
Simulations based on the ascent of the aircraft do not follow the
RADAR track in space and time. A
letter was sent to the House Aviation Committee
requesting a meeting with FBI and NTSB officials.

This document was first published in 1998 and suggested that more than a
single missile was involved in the downing of TWA 800. The report by Cdr.
Donaldson to the Committee on Transportation & Infrastructure - Subcommittee

technical evidence for this scenario as did the release in 2000 of the FBI
witness transcripts (See

The FBI refuses to release the Sikorsky digital disks
of the incident which apparently show two objects approaching TWA 800. Why

The claims of responsibility for the TWA 800
downing are highlighted. An editorial in
the London Islamist paper al-Quds al-Arabi spelled out the reasons behind
the escalating terrorist attacks on the United States which concluded by

The editor of al-Quds al-Arabi, Abdul-Bari Atwan, is personally close to
Osama bin Laden. A fax was received by al-Hayat in London through al-Safir
in Beirut in which on July 16, 1996 the Islamic Change Movement - the
Jihad Wing in the Arabian Peninsula took credit for both the Riyadh and Khobar
Towers bombings.

A warning was then issued by the same
group on July 17, 1996 stating that "the mujahideen will give their harshest
reply to the threats of the foolish U.S. President. Everybody will be surprised
by the magnitude of the reply. ... The invaders must be prepared to leave,
either dead or alive. Their time is at the morning-dawn. Is not the
morning-dawn near?". TWA 800 exploded in the early morning in the United
Kingdom. On July 18, 1996 this group issued a statement accepting
responsibility for the TWA 800 downing. The leaders the Islamic Change Movement
had participated in a June 1996 terrorist planning meeting held in Tehran
and on July 20, 1996 it attended a follow-up conference again held in Tehran
in which it was singled out for "recent achievements".

This article shows the links to TWA 800 between the group led by Osama bin
Laden that blew up the Khobar Towers in Dhahran - Saudi Arabia, the Iranian
government, the attack on the World Trade Center, the attempted bombing of
a Brooklyn subway, and the assassination of two CIA agents. As the trial
of the two potential subway bombers opened in July 1998 in Brooklyn, the
government denied that they were linked to any known terrorist group despite
its earlier public announcements that they were possibly funded by Osama
bin Laden. (See also "From Here to Eternity") The U.S.
government didn't want to find "concrete evidence" that Iran was behind the
Khobar Towers bombing. Instead it opted for better relations with a "great
civilization" which sponsored the terrorism that resulted in the loss of
American lives.

in reference to a double bus bombing that the same bus number was chosen

a TWA flight in November 1996 is noted.

The Sanders' Trial

Journalist James Sanders and his wife, Elizabeth, a flight attendant
with TWA, were found guilty of felony theft for possessing a swatch of seat
fabric from TWA 800 that they believed to be covered with rocket fuel residues.
James Kallstrom, who claimed "It's not rocket fuel. It never was rocket
fuel, and it never will be rocket fuel," was not charged with felony theft
for possessing a piece of fabric from TWA 800 that he donated to family members
of the victims which apparently had "the sand of the sea on it". The trial
took place in Uniondale, Long Island beginning on April 5, 1999. News items
and other reports from the trial were covered in this document. Cmdr. Donaldson
helped with the defense of Jim & Elizabeth Sanders. Cmdr. Donaldson has
been working since October following up the hundreds of leads generated by
the NY Times advertisement and the 800 number. This has resulted in a significant
amount of new information. Summary details of the new developments are outlined
in a letter from Cmdr. Donaldson to the CEOs of Boeing and TWA.

The case against two Libyan suspects begins to fall apart as evidence
grows that the bombing was financed by Iran and Syria through its support
of Middle-East terrorism groups. The CIA appear to have identified the central
suspect and the FBI refused to release its files on the matter to the Scottish
court. A Palestinian terrorist stands accused by the defense team of having
bombed PA 103. According to the NY Times, the terrorist, Mohamed
Abo Talb, who is serving a life sentence in Sweden in connection with a 1980's
bombing campaign against American and Jewish targets in Europe admitted knowing
some of the men who were arrested in a German police raid in October 1988,
three months before the Lockerbie bombing, at which several bombs concealed
in Toshiba Bombeat radio-cassette recorders were found.

He said he knew them innocently: one had repaired his car, another
he met through a brother. He also admitted visiting a bakery in Malta that
police have said was a terrorist cell's meeting place, but he said he merely
helped the owner with bread deliveries while he himself was recovering from
a stab wound. Clothes made in Malta were found in his Swedish home, he said,
because he had brought back samples from the garment factory of the baker's
brother. (Singed Maltese clothing was found in the
Lockerbie debris and was presumably wrapped around the
bomb.) Mr. Talb flatly refused
to say anything about what training he received in the Soviet Union in the
1970's, though he has told Swedish investigators that he learned the use
of surface-to-air missiles.

contact for 13 minutes when it passed over the same location where TWA 800
was downed. It crashed on the tenth anniversary in the Islamic calendar
of the bombing of PA 103. Two possible missile incidents involving
other SwissAir flights raise questions as to the cause of the Flight 111
crash.

The demise of EgyptAir 990 began with a loud
thump. In a scenario similar to the crash of TWA 800, high speed objects
were seen on radar just before the plane began its fateful dive. Pilot suicide
is the explanation offered by U.S. investigators - an explanation that can
not account for the failure of the flight data recorders at approximately
16,000 feet. A similar suicide explanation was offered for a Silk Air
crash in which the flight data recorders also stopped operating before the
aircraft crashed. The links from the TWA 800 downing, to the bombing of the
World Trade Center, to the EgyptAir 990 downing, to Hamas and its State sponsor,
Iran, are developed. A former Egyptian army major, former sergeant in the
U.S. Special Forces, former CIA operative, and former FBI informant, Ali
Mohamed, who worked for EgyptAir as a security agent was in a Manhattan cell
accused of being a key associate of Osama bin Laden and helping bomb the
U.S. embassies in Africa when EgyptAir 990 crashed. EgyptAir
990 crashed during a big military exercise in Egypt, BRIGHT STAR '99,
which was held from October 27th to November 5th 1999. Bright
Star began as a bilateral military exercise between Egypt and the United
States, and has since evolved into one of the largest multinational exercises
involving U.S. troops anywhere in the world. Thirty-three Egyptian military
personnel were on board the aircraft when it crashed. Gen. Issam Ahmed, a
senior Egyptian transportation ministry official, said that the plane crashed
because of an explosion. He said the cases of both black boxes, located in
the tail, were severely damaged, which "confirms that the tail of the plane
was subjected to an explosion at the height of 33,000 feet'' because of "an
internal or external explosion". Ahmed said he believed a missile or bomb
caused it. EgyptAir's chief pilot thinks a bomb or missile downed Flight
990 after blasting its tail. The Egyptians noted that radar showed several
"primary" targets - planes with the transponder turned off, missiles, flocks
of birds or even atmospheric clutter - in the area that night, some of which
lasted several minutes and moved at high speed. Three pilots reported seeing
missiles in the area where EgyptAir 990 crashed.
EgyptAir's Boeing 767 fell from
the sky sometime early Sunday morning - at about 2 a.m. Later Sunday morning,
NewsMax.com editor Christopher Ruddy was on United flight #976, which departed
JFK at 9:15 a.m. headed for London. At about 10 a.m., Ruddy put on
his headset. He clicked through the music channels and tuned in to transmissions
between his United plane and air traffic control in the United States.
"Air traffic control was advising planes to change their flight paths,
giving out new coordinates and altitudes for planes on the flight paths over
the Atlantic," Ruddy recalled the conversation he overheard. "At
one point, a crew member of one of the planes radioed air traffic control
to ask why the change. Air traffic control responded that
'there are rockets being fired in the
area.'".

American Airlines now becomes focus of terrorism
with two attacks. AA Flight 587 was apparently bombed on November 12, 2001,
the fourth anniversary of the conviction of Osama bin Laden associate, Ramzi
Yousef, for the original 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center. (On
December 22, 2001 a terrorist attempted to blow up AA Flight 63 using a bomb
in his shoe. He attempted to take the same flight the previous day on December
21, the anniversary of the bombing of PA 103, but was denied a boarding
pass.) Audio and Video eyewitnesses presented in this
article insist two explosions preceded the loss of the tail. The first explosion
was a small one at the fuselage just behind the right wing. A former
Special Forces member familiar with ordinance explosions states that the
initiating explosion was a white ordinance explosion. Evidence builds that
AA 587 is another TWA 800 cover up. Futile attempts
begin to discredit AA 587 eyewitnesses who are proving to be just as troublesome
as TWA 800 eyewitnesses. Dr. Bernard S. Loeb, who retired as the safety board's
director of aviation safety last year, said, "In the case of 587, it's unlikely
that the witnesses will provide much to help the investigation. Recently
he and his wife saw a two-vehicle collision. Among other key details, Mr.
Loeb said he could not recall whether one of the vehicles had been a truck
or an SUV. Probability calculations on eyewitness reports prove ,
however, that the eyewitnesses are correct. In August 2004 it was
revealed that a captured al-Qaeda operative told Canadian intelligence
investigators that a Montreal man who trained in Afghanistan alongside the 9/11
hijackers was responsible for the crash. Canadian Security Intelligence Service
agents were told during five days of interviews with the source that Abderraouf
Jdey, a Canadian citizen also known as Farouk the Tunisian, had downed the plane
with explosives. A similar incident occurred with an American Airlines
plane departing Heathrow airport in London.

discovery of strange linkages between the governments of Iran, Libya and
North Korea. An official international terrorist organization, which included
Iran and Libya was formed and called the "Movement for Islamic Change."
This organization claimed responsibility for the downing of TWA 800. North
Korea supplies missile technology to Iran and is rewarded for its support.
Was the arrest of Ressam in Seattle linked to a plot to place a bomb
on the New York leg, and/or the London leg, of a flight that an Algerian terrorist
had booked to fly. Was the Korean airlines crash the second of two bombings
planned for that day to occur on the anniversary of the bombing of PA 103?
Algerian and Libyan terrorists arrested in Dublin were found to have links

Events from July 1997 - September 1997 One terrorist has claimed credit for the TWA 800 bombing. World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Ahmed Yousef told authorities his group is responsible. Yousef's claim has not been made public, but it is in the FBI file.
Events from October 1997 - December 1997 Most people, Kallstrom said, who believed they saw a missile were actually seeing different stages of the fiery breakup of the aircraft. And after the plane first exploded, blowing off the cockpit and front section of the fuselage, the flaming rear section zoomed upward several thousand feet, giving some witnesses the impression that a missile was rising in the sky. Yet parts of the aircraft tail section were found in the same wreckage field as the cockpit.
Events from January 1998 - June 1998 In Iran you have three people in charge: You have Khamenei, and he is in charge of religion and terrorism. You have Rafsanjani, and he is in charge of business and terrorism. And you have Khatami, and he is in charge of internal politics, moderation and terrorism."
Events from July 1998 - September 1998 The government asserted in court papers that the Iranian government had entered into a formal three-way "working agreement" with bin Laden to "work together against the United States, Israel and the West." Members of bin Laden's organization sent emissaries to Iran and some of its members received explosives training in Lebanon from Hezbollah, the terrorist group backed by the Iranian government. The allegations against Iran come at a sensitive time, since Tehran is currently trying to improve its relations with the West.
Events from October 1998 - December 1998 An FBI agent brought a psychic to Calverton to explain what happened to TWA 800. Helicopter landings were supervised by "a fraud in a costume". Bloodstained clothing was baked until mold grew over it. An FBI agent hammered pieces of wreckage together and an FBI supervisor ripped metal fragments out of a seat cushion during an argument.
Events from January 1999 - March 1999 Terrorist suspects are alleged by the Yemeni authorities to have been recruited in Britain before traveling to Yemen for training by the militant Al Jihad group. Bin Laden has been deeply involved in the funding and training of Islamic extremists in the Yemen for several years, a U.S. intelligence officer was quoted as telling the British newspaper The Sunday Telegraph. "Despite being a Saudi, he is one of the most powerful men in the Yemen. We are convinced these men were trained by him." - Boeing Co. may defend itself in civil litigation with the theory that the airliner was downed by a missile. - Bin Laden goes "missing" after the Taliban takes away his cellular telephone and gets involved in a fight with Taliban guards. - A lawyer who represents the families of 21 passengers in suits against TWA., said that he is looking forward to having juries tour the reconstruction, to prove that no missile was involved in the crash. - A Village Voice article reports: "You ever shot a .22 through a tin can? You know how the holes look where it punctures the metal and it rolls the metal back and tears it as it stretches?" the veteran pilot asked. "Well that's what these holes looked like, except they were oval-shaped." - When the nation's most infamous terrorists -- the Oklahoma City bomber and the World Trade Center bomber -- are allowed out of solitary confinement so that they can have one hour of exercise in the nation's most secure Federal prison, what do they do? Apparently, they just chat. - Aircraft #17119, which became Flight 800, would have had to been loaded with passengers and crew in the space of 20 minutes if the dog-sniffing test at Lambert - St. Louis International Airport was conducted on that aircraft as the FBI claimed. Aircraft # 17116 was also present at the same airport on the same day and departed for JFK one and a half hours after the test had been completed.
Events from April 1999 - June 1999 Donaldson's letter to Boeing and TWA. The Sanders trial in Uniondale, NY. A question asked by the government prosecutor had to do with the location when the aircraft "got shot". "I (Sanders) took 250 new photos of the plane and compared them with the NTSB shots taken in 1996 and 1997. After comparing the before and after photos, I can tell you there are significant, very significant alterations in a key area of the plane." Traficant's letter to Defense Secretary Cohen. Bin Laden's exploits. The State Department on March 31, 1999 dropped its designation of the Tehran government as the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism. Iran apparently killed fewer Iranian dissidents abroad last year than in 1997. May 6, 1999 testimony of Cmdr. Donaldson on Reauthorization of the NTSB -- While acting as Defense Consultant for Mr. Sanders, I asked him to take close-up photographs of the few parts remaining of the center wing tank, left side body wall. I viewed those pictures and determined that the few military experts the Administration allowed to see the crash debris were right - the number two main tank exploded at extremely high energy into the Center Wing Tank, not the other way around. Senator Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa) slanders the FBI by saying the FBI unnecessarily prolonged its criminal investigation, fueling the 'discredited conspiracy theories' about missile attacks, and giving airlines an excuse to delay action on safety board recommendations to protect fuel tanks. "The FBI didn't want to hear about anything but a missile or a bomb, because otherwise there was no FBI case," Grassley said. Bin Laden's associates continue to be arrested. Three US commandos were sent on a secret mission into Afghanistan in search of Osama bin Laden. It is almost certain that the three have been captured. The body of one of them was found at the end of April and handed over to the Americans. Two others are still missing and are presumed to be in the hands of the Taliban or forces loyal to bin Laden.
Events from July 1999 - September 1999 A missile expert cries cover up in lengthy interview with The Village Voice. The pilot for TWA 900 flying behind TWA 800 comments ... "with regards to the CIA cartoon, I looked in vain for the mid air explosion that other a/c were reporting on the radio that night (dusk really) but saw nothing in the haze below. If 800 had done that miraculous zoom climb it seems I would have seen something since I was on a parallel course above and behind 800". Scott Holleran missed the TWA 800 flight and reflects on the investigation. Connections between bin Laden and Sheik Rahman, who was convicted of the World Trade Center bombing, continue to grow. The link to Florida will prove interesting given the claim of responsibility for the TWA 800 downing which came from that State. Ali, who is from Florida, won't talk so he stays in jail. Iran has dramatically increased its funding of a radical Palestinian Islamic group in an attempt to sabotage the resumption of Middle East peace talks. In the past few weeks Iranian intelligence has given an estimated £3,000,000 to the militant Palestinian group Hamas to fund terrorist attacks on Israeli targets. Donald Nibert, whose daughter died in TWA 800 says: "All I have are questions. All I want is the truth". The radar data that the NTSB didn't release has now become available - a lot of ships near TWA 800 all moving together. Lufthansa Cargo suspends flights to Pakistan because of a missile attack. In a new low point in the TWA 800 investigation lavatory waste has now surfaced in a series of tests documenting the arcing potential of TWA 800-type wire when contaminated with fluids. TWA 800 REDUX - An Italian DC-9 commercial jetliner with 81 passengers and crew apparently was brought down by a missile - an Italian magistrate accuses the U.S. and Italian governments of covering up the circumstances surrounding the crash - he discounts speculation that the DC-9 might have crashed because of an internal explosion, or "clear air turbulence," as some U.S. government experts said - The U.S. government at first said none of its aircraft was flying in the region at the time, then admitted that five of its aircraft were present but claimed they were unarmed. Among the mysteries is a 22-minute gap in NATO radar records the day of the crash - a U.S. aircraft carrier's log of events before and after the DC-9 crash was recopied and radar tapes from the carrier were retrieved by U.S. Navy officials. Clinton sends letter to Iranian President Khatami saying Iran can be forgiven for its state-sponsored terrorism in the Khobar Towers bombing case if they hand over three low level Saudi suspects.
Events from October 1999 - December 1999 The U.S. government has "information about the involvement of Iranian officials" in the Khobar Towers bombing but has not reached the "conclusion" that this was directed by the Government of Iran. Sayegh is deported. Paul Marcone, Chief of staff for Congressman Traficant and Cmdr. Donaldson exchange letters. Marcone states he is "convinced that the CIA was right -- what the eyewitnesses saw was Fl. 800 in various stages of crippled flight". He also states: "Boeing does not disagree with the scenario depicted in the (CIA) video - The clincher for me was when Boeing said it was credible." Donaldson replies with Boeing's statement: "Boeing was not involved in the production of the video shown today, nor have we had the opportunity to obtain a copy or fully understand the data used to create it." Donaldson asks Marcone: "How do you have the audacity to ignore Admiral Tom Moorer on an issue of National Security? He is the only Naval officer to have been Commander of the Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief Atlantic, Supreme Allied Commander Atlantic, Chief of Naval Operations and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He holds the Nation's 2nd highest award for valor in combat, the Silver Star. " Kallstrom in a perplexing unexplained comment over the PA system to investigators at Calverton says "we are going to get that son of a bitch in the canoe". EgyptAir 990 crashes on same flight path as TWA 800 and Swissair 111. Chris Ruddy, a passenger on United flight #976, which departed JFK at 9:15 a.m. headed for London the following morning reports a conversation heard on his headset: "At one point, a crew member of one of the planes radioed air traffic control to ask why the change. Air traffic control responded that 'there are rockets being fired in the area.'" Is there a link to Iran? SilkAir is recalled. Boeing conducts tests looking for evidence of a missile explosion. "Is Boeing running the investigation or is the NTSB?" asks James Kallstrom. Mubarak and several of his ministers urge U.S. authorities to search for a link between the EgyptAir crash and the TWA 800 crash. "James Hall is no Eliot Ness. He couldn't catch a fly in the dung of the Brooklyn Museum" states the N.Y. Post. If one elevator is being forced up and the other is being forced down, why isn't the aircraft corkscrewing? More hints that the EgyptAir 990 had a damaged tail. The NTSB continues to look for a spark and has another theory involving deposits of sulfur and copper - how many more they will need remains to be seen. Meanwhile the 400 eyewitnesses remain on the sidelines. EgyptAir's chairman, Mohamed Fahim Rayyan states: "It is highly unlikely that accusations would have been made to build a case for a co-pilot suicide had the airline and crew been American or European. It has been years since the mysterious 1996 crash of TWA Flight 800, a Boeing 747, and the similar unexplained crash of Swissair Flight 111 in 1998. Both remain unsolved, and yet the possibility of pilot suicide has never been raised." Boeing says that the lack of evidence as to what sparked the blast that downed TWA Flight 800 three years ago points to an "external source," such as a bomb or missile. "Signature devices" of groups affiliated with Osama bin Laden were recovered during an arrest in Port Angeles. These devices were used among groups affiliated with bin Laden in attacks in the Philippines. A South Korean jumbo jet crashes on the anniversary of the downing of Pan Am 103. An Indian airliner is high jacked by bin Laden's forces.
Events from January 2000 - March 2000 Iran and North Korea continue to cooperate on missile technology. Osama bin Laden heads the Algerian cell attacking the U.S. Laden offers peace if Americans leave Saudi Arabia. Were the arrests in Seattle linked to a plot to place a bomb on the New York leg, or the London leg, of the flight that Ressam had booked and set it to go off with Casio timing devices once he had left the aircraft in New York or in London? Ressam had booked to fly to London through New York departing on Wednesday, December 22, 1999. The Egyptians noted that radar showed several "primary" targets--planes with the transponder turned off, missiles, flocks of birds or even atmospheric clutter--in the area that night, some of which lasted several minutes and moved at high speed. A "primary" target is any object hit by radar beams that does not have a transponder to report an aircraft's identity and altitude. The Egyptians say that they are not proposing some missile theory but that investigators should look into the possibility that something outside the plane startled Batouti. Kallstrom tells family member "it was definitely a missile but I will deny it if your quote me". The International Association of Machinists in its report to the NTSB states that the explosion of the fuel tank was caused by a "high pressure event" breaching the fuselage…. A former U.S. Army sergeant, Ali Mohamed, pleaded guilty to helping plot the 1998 bombings of American embassies in Africa with Osama bin Laden. Mr. Mohamed is linked to bin Laden's organization and the Egyptian Islamic Jihad and the Iranian-backed Hezbollah. The Egyptian group also obtained weapons from Iran. Mohamed was called by the F.B.I. to talk about the trial of Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman, the Egyptian cleric who was later convicted of conspiring to blow up the United Nations and other landmarks. The FBI found no explosives and blamed the explosion on a spark in the Center Wing Tank. So now we have two different models of Boeing aircraft, both testing positive for high explosives after an explosion, yet miraculously according to the FBI/NTSB scenario both suffered from some unknown ignition problem in overheated center wing fuel tanks. The explanation last time was that TWA 800 was 'old' and therefore had 'bad wiring'. The Thai aircraft was nine years old! EgyptAir reacts angrily to NTSB report on crash of Flight 990. Read airline captain's open letter to the NTSB - "I saw the tape before the FBI came to Dick’s home and confiscated the tape. Several high-speed blips leading to the end of the transponder trail of TWA 800 indicates a missile." Bin Laden extends his operation to the Palestinians. A report is being issued on the Oklahoma City bombing showing that law enforcement agencies and officials "had prior knowledge of the bombing," and that "McVeigh and Nichols did not act alone." Events from January 2002 - June 2002 The government tries to steer the cause of the crash of AA Flight 587 to pilot error in using the rudder controls. Incredibly an NTSB spokesman says that even if there are 200 witnesses to the crash of AA 587 it is unlikely that they would be called to testify. This time around the eyewitnesses refuse to be silent. A letter is sent to the NTSB formally requesting that they be allowed to testify in any public hearing. Catholic priest provides eyewitness testimony on the crash of AA 587. Further evidence emerges that the theme of this website is correct - Iran supplied Osama bin Laden and the Islamic Jihad with advanced shoulder-fired missiles which were brought to the US and fired repeatedly (see The Tale of The Tapes ) at American aircraft. Fortunately to date only one aircraft has been destroyed - TWA 800. The government now admits it has a video showing AA Flight 587 as it broke up. EgyptAir rejects NTSB report and insists the US release radar tapes. Captain Ray Lahr seeks relief in court from NTSB's refusal to release information detailing how it arrived at the TWA 800 'zoom climb' scenario. Events are moving forward indicating an Iraqi connection to the Oklahoma City bombing. Links between Ramsey Yousef and Terry Nichols are further developed putting pressure on the US government to reopen the Oklahoma City bombing. Additionally, the owner of the motel in which McVeigh stayed prior to the bombing of the Murrah building reported to the FBI that several of the September 11, 2001 hijackers attempted to book rooms at the motel in late July, early August 2001 telling him they were taking flight training. Saudi security guards at Prince Sultan Air Base find a 4-foot-long missile launcher for a Soviet-made SA-7 missile and destroy it before examination by American officials. The Flight 800 Research Organization files a detailed paper requesting that the NTSB reopen its investigation http://Flight800.org/FIRO_Petition.pdf The U.S. government alerts airlines and law enforcement agencies that new intelligence indicates Islamic terrorists have smuggled shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles into the United States. The NTSB admits that 28 eyewitnesses to the crash of AA 587 saw an explosion in the fuselage and 76 eyewitnesses saw a fire in the fuselage raising questions as to why the NTSB and the media continue to shift attention to the tail. The FBI refuses to release results of shrapnel pellet composition found in bodies of victims from TWA 800. Retired Brigadier General Benton Partin, who helped design missiles for the Air Force, has said that the Brookhaven Laboratory's analysis of the composition of the mysterious pellets suggests to him that they came from a missile. Further evidence appears that Iraq was behind the OKC attack. Evidence suggesting that Khalid Shaikh Mohammed a top al-Qaida lieutenant whom federal authorities believe may have masterminded the Sept. 11 attacks trained Nichols for the OKC bombing in the Philippines. Mohammed "was not only involved in the Sept. 11 attacks, he was involved in the 1993 World Trade Center attack" as well, Johnston charged. "He was in the Philippines at the same time as Terry Nichols, by the way, in the last trip that he made down there before the Murrah building bombing." U.S. officials believe Mohammed was also in charge of transferring the funds used by the Sept. 11 hijackers. "There's lots of links that tie him to 9-11," one government official told AP June 5. "He was intricately involved." Mohammed is also believed to be an accomplice of Ramzi Yousef, who is currently serving a life sentence in the U.S. for his alleged role in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Upon his arrest, Yousef was found in possession of plans to blow up a dozen U.S. airliners. Prosecutors also believe he had planned to crash a plane into the Pentagon. Futile attempts begin to discredit AA 587 eyewitnesses who are proving to be just as troublesome as TWA 800 eyewitnesses.

Twenty unusual .2-inch-diameter round pellets
that were found in bodies from the TWA 800 victims were withheld from the
NTSB but analyzed by the FBI and found to have been made of aluminum titanium
matrix and other elements like zirconium, barium and cerium. These are
pyrotechnics or incendiary devices, and the matrix structure of these objects
is consistent with pellets used in antiaircraft missiles.
The Iranian government organized and carried
out the bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires eight years ago
that killed 85 people and then paid Argentina's president at the time, Carlos
Saúl Menem, $10 million to cover it up. After the bombing, Ayatollah
Ali Khamenei, who succeeded Ayatollah Khomeini as Iran's supreme leader and
still holds that post, publicly expressed his approval. "By gathering
together groups of Jews with records of murder, theft, wickedness and hooliganism
from throughout the world," Ayatollah Khamenei said, "the Zionist regime
has created an entity under the name of the Israeli nation that only understands
the logic of terror and crimes."

September 11 hijackers attempt to book
rooms in Oklahoma City motel previously occupied by Timothy
McVeigh. US intelligence agencies
have issued an alert that Islamic terrorists have managed to smuggle
shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missiles (SAMs) into the US. Reportedly, these
are Russian-made SA-7s and/or Pakistani-built copies of similar Chinese
missiles.
Vernon Grose, former member of
NTSB, writes to present head of NTSB requesting that TWA 800 be reopened
in view of information gathered by the Flight 800 research organization (website
author is one of the founding members of FIRO).

Al Hussaini, suspect in OKC bombing, who entered

held a crucial meeting at a motel in Oklahoma City in August 2001. The motel's

a number of Davis's witnesses are sure they saw McVeigh drinking and perhaps

The United States Government finally acknowledges threat that a U.S
airliner could be shot down by shoulder fired missiles possessed by terrorists.
The government arrests members of Islamic Jihad in Florida who are linked
to Iran and one of whom (Ramadan Shallah) was identified on this website
as possibly linked to TWA 800 (See London Bridge
is Falling Down). An Argentine judge has ordered arrest warrants
for four Iranian government officials who he says helped organize and carry
out the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires
(See As Time Goes By). U.S. Government considers equipping
commercial aircraft with missile defense technology . According to the Washington
Post, shoulder-fired missiles can be launched from as far away as 30 miles
and reach altitudes of up to 18,000 feet. During the time of the TWA
800 investigation it was claimed that a shoulder-fired missile could not
reach the aircraft since it was flying at 13,000 feet and further that a
shoulder-fired missile would be incapable of bringing down a jumbo
jet. After the most expensive and exhaustive air-crash
probe in Canadian history, investigators have failed to pinpoint the cause
of a fire aboard Swissair Flight 111 that crashed off
Peggy's Cove, N.S.,

after reading his book "First Strike: TWA 800 and the Attack on America"
about her interactions with James Kallstrom and President Clinton. Man is
arrested in Newark for smuggling a Russian missile into the U.S.A. Note in
this news item the reference to earlier attempts to shoot down aircraft with
missiles and as with TWA 800 more than one missile was used in each attack. A
missile threat led to the diversion of an El Al flight from Toronto's Pearson
airport to nearby Hamilton on October 23, 2003. The U.S.
was warned that Iran was planning an attack on an American airliner weeks prior

"While counter-terrorism expert and man-of-the-hour Richard Clarke is in
a chatty mood, someone might choose to ask him what he knows about TWA Flight
800". He was in on the planning how to deal with it from the beginning.
Almost eight years after TWA Flight 800 was blasted out of the sky, a federal
judge permitted discovery to go forward in a civil case James and Elizabeth
Sanders have brought against the federal government and eight named defendants.
A small group of young Britons whose parents emigrated from Pakistan after World
War II say they would like to see Prime Minister Tony Blair dead or deposed and
an Islamic flag hanging outside No. 10 Downing Street. In a strange
similarity to TWA 800, investigators found red streaks -- transfer marks, they
call them -- on various pieces of a shredded Cessna which crashed near Mobile,
Alabama. The red does not match red mail bags or other objects known to be
on the plane. Investigators also found a small piece of black anodized aluminum
embedded in the skin of the plane. The aluminum is not from the accident
airplane. A DC 10 was flying above the crashed airplane when it apparently was
stuck by a fast moving object suspected to be a missile or drone. As the eight-year anniversary of the TWA 800 crash
approaches, the first piece of wreckage that separated from the plane is
missing. Navy divers located and recovered this piece, which left the plane at
apparent supersonic speeds, but the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB)
failed to list it in their official debris field map. A captured al-Qaeda operative has told Canadian
intelligence investigators that a Montreal man who trained in Afghanistan
alongside the 9/11 hijackers was responsible for the crash of American Airlines
flight 587 in New York three years ago. Canadian Security Intelligence Service
agents were told during five days of interviews with the source that Abderraouf
Jdey, a Canadian citizen also known as Farouk the Tunisian, had downed the plane
with explosives on Nov. 12, 2001.

a recorded telephone call made from New York by Ramzi Yousef within minutes of
the downing of Flight 800? A federal judge in Springfield will not order
the Federal Bureau of Investigation to conduct further searches of its records
into the investigation of the breakup of TWA's Flight 800. Islamic terrorists

ARAP members include:
1) Admiral Thomas H. Moorer USN (Ret.) - Former Chairman, Joint Chiefs of staff. During World War II Admiral Moorer received the Silver Star for "extremely gallant and intrepid conduct” during an attack by Japanese aircraft. He also received the Purple Heart. In 1957, President Eisenhower approved his selection to the rank of Rear Admiral. During the 1960’s, Admiral Moorer commanded the Navy’s Seventh Fleet, for which he received the Distinguished Service Medal. He later served as Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet, NATO’s Allied Command, Atlantic, and the U.S. Atlantic Fleet. He is the only Naval officer ever to have commanded both the Pacific and Atlantic Fleets. In 1967 President Johnson awarded Admiral Moorer the Gold Star. In the same year, President Johnson named Admiral Moorer Chief of Naval Operations. In 1970 President Nixon appointed Admiral Moorer as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs. He served two terms at this post. After retirement in 1974, Admiral Moorer remained active in policy matters as a fellow with the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He presently serves on the board of NewsMax.com for which I have written two articles that may be found in the TWA 800 section.
2) R. Admiral Mark Hill USN (Ret.) - Submarine officer in the Pacific during World War II and then naval aviator where his command included the aircraft carrier Independence during the Viet Nam conflict. He also served as Asst. Chief of Naval Operations for Manpower and has testified extensively before Congress. He is the Chairman of U.S. Defense - American Victory, Washington, D.C.,
3) Brig Gen. Ben Partin, USAF, (Ret.) - Designer of Continuous-rod warhead for the BOMARC missile
4) Cmdr. William S. Donaldson USN (Ret. Deceased) - Former Officer in Charge of Carrier Battlegroup's Air Traffic Control Center, pilot and military accident investigator. Cmdr. Donaldson wrote a Report to the Subcommittee on Aviation on the Crash of TWA Flight 800 to which I contributed a section on the eyewitness reports and a statistical analysis of eyewitness credibility.
5) Captain Howard Mann, Retired TWA captain and accident investigator. Captain Mann's analysis of the Flight Data Recorder may be found on this website.
6) Major Fred Meyer - Decorated Vietnam pilot and Air National Guard pilot who witnessed TWA 800 shot down from his helicopter and was one of the first pilots to over fly the burning wreckage. Major Meyer's eyewitness account may be read in detail on this website.
7) Captain Al Mundo - Retired TWA pilot and the flight engineer on TWA 800 for the incoming flight from Athens.
On October 18, 1998 ARAP published an ad http://members.aol.com/FL800/news.gif in the NY Times supporting the view that two missiles brought down TWA 800.

portions of a previous work than larger portions.
4. The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of
the copyrighted work. The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself
bar a finding of "fair use" if such a finding is made upon consideration
of all the above factors. However, unpublished or recently published works
may be viewed as having more potential value than older or out-of-print works.
Therefore, use of unpublished works may be potentially less qualified to
support claims of "fair use". A purpose of research or scholarship may be
interpreted as having very little "effect" as opposed to an larger "effect"
should there be a commercial intent in the use of the work.
If the above criteria are substantially satisfied, use of a copyrighted work by second parties is protected under the "fair use" provisions of The Copyright Act of 1976, Section 107.
